NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT

Builders wishing to submit a tender for these works are recommended to attend a

site briefing and inspection to be held:

Architects, on the email address provided, by 2pm on Friday 25 September,

2015.

All persons attending the site inspection/briefing, shall note that Perth Core

Library is a fully operational facility and that access is controlled.

There will be one (1) site inspection. Alternative inspections/briefings, will need to

be arranged with three (3) days prior notice.

All persons entering the site will be strictly controlled and must follow the

direction of staff.

Attendance at the site inspection is limited to 2 members per tenderer.

No Persons will be permitted to access any area without a staff escort.

Photo's are forbidden unless specifically authorised by staff.

Any breach of these protocols will be grounds for immediate eviction from the

site.

Note: Although the site inspection/briefing is not mandatory, this a multi-stage

project, within a fully operational facility, and those wishing to tender are

encouraged to attend. Tender submissions will need to include confirmation that

the tenderer is fully conversant with the conditions on site and the associated

risks.
