Establish a panel of contractors that can undertake a variety of landscape construction works and minor reserve maintenance. This panel will have flexible contact conditions to enable the scope to be added or removed to suit project delivery and internal landscape construct crew schedules. Also, contractors will be targeted that can undertake minor reserve maintenance.

Landscape Construction works for the City of Charles Sturt will typically include projects ranging from minor construction works, playground redevelopments, native revegetation plantings, through to major upgrades of reserves that have sustained a degree of dilapidation. Landscape Construction projects may include associated site works such as civil works, fencing, concrete, site infrastructure and the like. The selected Landscape contractors will have general capability on this type of project work and shall make available a full range of sub-contractors as well as any plant & equipment required to perform the necessary work. The Landscape construction works panel will include a vary of contractors, including head contractors, bricklayers, furniture installers, earthmovers, planting, and general minor or major landscape works.
