Construction of two bay fire station at Callington (approx. 280m2) consisting of concrete floors, metal deck walls and roofing, steel portal frame structure, roller doors, internal plasterboard walls and ceilings, joinery, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing with associated works. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
