Description
DFAT invites tenders to develop a training package that equips departmental officers with the knowledge and skills to understand events that may cause psychological harm or damage including personal triggers and external factors. The training package will ideally include experiential learning techniques including case studies and scenarios. Participants should at the conclusion of the course be able to identify the best techniques and methods available to them to build emotional resilience, good coping strategies, debriefing skills and increased self-awareness on when and how to seek further professional assistance. The course is to be delivered six times per calendar year for up to 12 participants per course.
