The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions is seeking a suitably qualified Contractor for the provision of aircraft maintenance and supply of spare parts.
NOTE: Addendum One, Query 3 response:
Furthermore, Respondents should: - delete the words “and shall charge DBCA for such replacement and spare parts supplied in accordance with the ruling rates, less agreed discount” from Schedule 2, Clause 2.2 (d) Spare Parts, paragraph one;
The correct Clause that this refers to is Schedule 2, Clause 3.3 (d) Spare Parts
