METRONET Market Research

The Contractor will be required to provide market research services as a key method of measuring the awareness and acceptance levels of the METRONET project in the community both for those directly affected by the various projects and the general public.

The Scope of Services is broken up into the following two separate parts:

• General Public Market Research; and

• Key Stakeholder Surveys (Optional).

Each part requires the Contractor to conduct a baseline survey within the first three (3) months of the contract award with the community and stakeholders. The Contractor is be required to report on and present all market research information carried out during the period of the contract as required by the Public Transport Authority.

After the initial benchmark survey of PTA stakeholders and then the wider public, scheduled surveys must be conducted to capture project milestones and measure impact of major works and awareness of project overall.
