Supply of Microsoft Product Licences and Licensing Solutions Common Use Arrangement (CUA)

Department of Finance, as the Contract Authority, on behalf of the Western Australian (WA) government, will establish a replacement arrangement for the Supply of Microsoft Product Licences and Licensing Solutions (CUAMS2019).There are two contracts that will be established at different stages under the new arrangement;

• Contract A - Microsoft Licensing Solutions Provider (LSP) to manage the cost-related transactions for volume licensing and open agreements for government agencies.
• Contract B – Microsoft Volume Licensing for Products, cloud services and Premier Support Services with Microsoft.

This Request, forms the first stage (Contract A) of the procurement process, to establish one or a panel of LSP to manage the cost-related transactions for the supply of Microsoft licences for government agencies. There are two Microsoft volume and open licensing agreements in place;

• Whole of Government Enterprise Agreement; and
• Education and Training Sector Enrolment for Education Solutions.

Respondents are invited to submit an Offer to either one or both of the Microsoft volume and open licensing programs above.
