BACKGROUND
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Building Management and Works and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Copper Pipework Replacement works at Casuarina Prison.
EXPECTATION
The works are expected to be completed by Friday, 22 March 2019.

MANDATORY SITE BRIEFINGS
A mandatory site briefing was held on Thursday, 20 December 2018 at 2:00 PM.

Tenderers must attend at least one of the mandatory site briefings in order for a tender submission to be considered compliant. Tenderers are not required to attend both briefings.
