Supply of merchandise goods and services - Clipsal 500 Adelaide

The South Australian Motor Sport Board (SAMSB) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified organisations interested in supplying merchandise goods and services for the Clipsal 500 Adelaide Event in Adelaide, South Australia.
The SAMSB is looking for suppliers who have a proven track record of supply of merchandise goods and services for major outdoor events and who show a willingness to be innovative in their practices.
The Event Merchandising contract will be tendered prior to October 2012 to commence with the 2013 Clipsal 500 Adelaide event. The contract will be awarded for a period of up to 3 years.
The merchandise supply contract includes, but is not limited to;
• The creative design and supply of official event merchandise for both retail and corporate
• The supply of official event staff uniforms
• The supply of products including but not limited to;
– Apparel (men’s, women’s & children’s)
– Hats
– Stubby holders
– Key rings
– Bar mats
– Lanyards
• Distribution of product for retail, on-line and at event
