Description
The South Australian Motor Sport Board (the Board) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the supply of plastic card credentials (including the preparation of data) and the provision and maintenance of a computer programme to track distribution of the credentials (and the printing of variable data on the Board’s printers) for the Clipsal 500 Adelaide event, for the years 2014 and 2015.
For the 2013 event, the Board required approximately 56,000 plastic credentials. There were 54 different types and 3 different sizes. The majority of the cards are the standard 85 x 54 mm.
The design of the cards is carried out by Board staff and provided to the card supplier in the required format.
