The project focuses on general building works and resolving a select number non-compliance items identified in fire safety surveys (FSS) conducted in 2015.
The works vary for each building and can include services upgrades including HVAC, lifts and fire protection works, external fabric remediation works, internal ramp remediation works, resurfacing basketball court and general maintenance works internal of buildings (replacement of blinds, patch and paint and carpet replacement).
