Description
1. The supply and construction of a shed as per the attached plans;
2. The supply and construction of a concrete pad as per the attached specifications;
3. Associated earthworks and drainage as per the attached survey. This will involve the removal of an area of “black soil” or “cununurra clay” and replacing with a stable material. The works will also involve the removal of approximately 40 meters of 6’ chainmesh fence; and
4. The supply and fit-out of electrical and water facilities to the shed.
