Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education is seeking tenders from Registered Builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the replacement of gas heaters in accordance with the scope of works provided at three Primary Schools and five High Schools:
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than
4.00pm Friday 4 November 2011.
Documents will be issued electronically to registered Tenderers before COB Monday 7 November 2011.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 9.30am Tuesday 8 November 2011 at Warwick Senior High School Erindale Road Warwick.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Wednesday 16 November 2011.
