Provision of a Forms Management Service

WA Police requires the provision of a Forms Management Service.

The WA Police preference is to obtain the services of a sole supplier who will provide a cost effective forms management service. This includes the procurement, printing, storage and packing of all forms as listed within the documentation to all police stations and establishments. The successful Respondent will also be required to provide a pro-active service in reducing recurrent costs to WA Police while maintaining and enhancing the quality of all printed material.

The successful Respondent will be primarily required to provide the appropriate infrastructure and management of work required under the Contract. However, as the work required under this contract is varied and in some cases specialised, the successful Respondent may need to outsource some of the printing requirements.
