Installation of Window Security Screens

North Metropolitan Education Region
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Finance, Building Management and Works is seeking tenders from Registered Builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake installation of security window screens and associated works at North Metropolitan Education Region in accordance with the specifications provided.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Friday 29 July 2011.
Documents will be issued electronically to registered Tenderers before COB Tuesday 02 August 2011.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Thursday 04 August 2011 at Hollywood Primary School, Monash Avenue, Nedlands.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Wednesday 24 August 2011.
