Panel Arrangement for the Preventative Maintenance and Validation of Drying Cabinets, Rotary Band Sealers and Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems at Armadale Hospital

East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) is seeking an offer to establish a panel arrangement with up to two (2) suppliers for the preventative maintenance service, repairs, and validation service agreement for drying cabinets, rotary band sealers and ultrasonic cleaning systems at Armadale Health Service (AHS). The scope of the service categories includes maintenance and service, validation, and repairs for the following equipment: Double Door Drying Cabinet (ED200/2)Single Door Drying Cabinet (ED200/1) Ultrasonic Washer (US 200)Ultrasound Cleaning System (SI SA)Rotary Band Sealers (HM-950 DC-V)Drying Cabinets (DC21, DC-22) EMHS is seeking sustained Value for Money during the full Contract Term and therefore the number of Customer Contracts to be awarded based on the EMHS?s judgement of the combination that best achieves this objective.
