Landscape Works Armadale - Forrestdale Business Park

This tender is for the supply and installation of planting, mulching and irrigation within the road reserves on Ranford Road, Alex Wood Drive and Remisko Drive within the Forrestdale Business Park (East of Tonkin Highway). The works shall include the provision of all materials, labour, traffic management, equipment and cartage as indicated by the Drawings and Specifications as necessary for the due and proper completion of the works comprising but not limited to the following:

• Site establishment, storing of materials, mobilisation and coordination of works;
• Traffic management plan and traffic management;
• Site preparation, weed control, minor earthworks, unwanted waste removal including soil final grading and soil cultivation;
• Preparation of soil including the installation of soil conditioner and wetting agent;
• Planting and staking of trees as specified;
• Planting and mulching of shrubs as specified;
• Planting of supplementary tube stock, winter 2016,
• Supply, Installation and coordination of an automatic irrigation system in accordance with the specifications;
• Application for Building Permit for signage including payment of any fees required by the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund and Levy Collection Act 1990.
• Removal of all waste generated by the execution of the contract and making good any damage or defect to existing infrastructure or landscaping;
• As constructed drawings in O-Spec;
• Complete after care, maintenance and weed control up to and including a 13 week Consolidation Period and 89 week maintenance (total 104 weeks) period for the late 2015 planting.
• Complete after care, maintenance and weed control up to and including 13 week Consolidation Period and 89 week maintenance (total 104 weeks) period for the winter 2016 planting.
