Provision of Integrated Works Management System

~~Department of Lands (DoL) is undertaking a project to implement an integrated workflow and task management solution. The system will modernise and streamline business processes through established workflows that allow the business the flexibility to manage cases from assessment through to delivery.
The Project is to deliver an integrated solution that comprises:
• An operating model for the provision of task management and workflow services in alignment with DoL Strategic plan;
• Standardised business processes and information systems that integrate with Finance/Property, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Landgate Shared Land Information Platform (SLIP) systems;
• Migration of essential data from existing systems (Oracle Property Manager, PROMPT and DPS);
• A centralised reporting capability to provide management information presented in views relevant to Business Executive and DoL Team members;
• Communications and training to ensure DoL system administrators and employees are both competent and comfortable in the use of the solution;
• The skills and capabilities necessary to support and optimise the solution; and
• Provide portal integration for customer lodging of the Crown land enquiry form.
