new Perth Stadium Transport Infrastructure Project - Provision of Lead Design Consultancy Services for Stadium Station and Associated Works

As part of the new Perth Stadium & Precinct development at Burswood, the Public Transport Authority (PTA) will in conjunction be developing a transport infrastructure strategy which includes a new station to the east of Victoria Park Drive and the new stadium site at the existing Belmont Park Station location. Adopting the new Perth Stadium’s “fan first” philosophy and translating this into a “passenger first” transport solution, the new Stadium Station will operate as a Special Events Station and seeks to achieve excellence in amenity, safety, reliability, resilience and accessibility.

In order to progress this project, the PTA seeks the services of a Consultant Architect to act as the Lead Consultant (the Consultant) for the design of the new station and associated works. This RFP provides the details of the services required, the design brief for the project, and includes a flexible commercial framework that will enable the PTA to finalise its construction procurement deliberations while progressing the design procurement.
