DBCARIAT0321 - Development and Implementation of RIA Asset Management System Software Solution and Associated Services

Rottnest Island Authority (the Customer) is implementing a fit for purpose Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) that:

1. Complies with the requirements of the West Australian Government Strategic Asset Management Framework and aligns with the ISO 55000 suite of asset management standards; and
2. support the governance and realization of value from the Customers assets over their whole-of- life cycle and thereby support achievement of the Customers strategic business outcomes.

Integral to the Enterprise Asset Management System is the provision of an Asset Management System software solution which is the purpose of this tender.

The Contractor shall implement a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Asset Management System (the System) provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering on a secure cloud platform in accordance with Customers functional and business requirements.

It is envisaged that the System will comprise a number of modules that cover

• Asset Information Management;
• Asset Accounting and Finance;
• Maintenance Management;
• Condition Assessment;
• Mobility; and
• Strategic Asset Management.

The Term of the contact will be four (4) years with three (3) extension options of two (2) year duration exercisable as the discretion of the Customer.
