Lakelands Station Project - ECI Design and Construction Project

The Project will involve all design and construction of the Lakelands Station and Practical Completion of those works.

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Applicants to submit Initial Proposals and for the PTA to set out:

• an overview of the Project (refer Section 3);
• the proposed contracting strategy for the delivery of the Project (refer Section 4);
• the Procurement Process, including the selection process for Selected Respondents, Shortlisted Respondents, Preferred Proponents and D&C Contractor (refer Section 5);
• the Evaluation Criteria and content requirements for Initial Proposals (refer Section 6);
• procedural matters (refer Section 7);
• terms and conditions of the Procurement Process (refer Section 8); and
• statutory compliance and obligations required for delivery of the Project (refer Section 9).
