Leadership Communication Improvement Program

The PTA is seeking to establish the services of one supplier, to deliver an effective communication program for Leadership and Management across the N&I Division. Services will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Design, development and delivery of a one day learning event for up to 80 delegates;
• Follow up short learning sessions with teams or individuals (same delegates) who attended the one day event;
• Personal observation of the delegates in action, in the workplace, followed by feedback and developmental plans (estimated period of 3 months); and
• Personal development and/or communication coaching.

Delivery of the same program (one day event followed by observation, coaching feedback & development) for new delegates who could either be individuals or teams during the contract term.

The supplier shall be required to provide some contexualisation of their learning program to ensure its relevance to PTA employees prior to the first one day event. This shall be required to be carried out with the N&I Senior Leadership Team delegates and may encompass discussions about:

• Learning and development methodologies;
• Communication theories models and tools;
• PTA’s leadership capability framework and any other relevant capability framework;;
• Relevant workshop scenarios and case studies;
• Attendee participation; and
• Implementing continuous improvement from participant feedback.
