Communications and Control Systems Project Management Services - Forrestfield-Airport Link

The Forrestfield-Airport Link (FAL) Project requires the services of a suitably experienced consultant to provide specialised project management, contract management and leadership expertise in the area of railway Communications & Control Systems Project Management to the FAL Project. The company will be highly experienced in managing the delivery and integration of communication and control systems infrastructure in an operational railway environment including communications backbone transmission systems, fibre optic cable systems, mobile radio networks, distributed antenna systems, third party carrier mobile telephone systems, CCTV, passenger information display, public address systems and supervisory control and data acquisition systems associated with railway station and tunnel operations.

The consultant will manage the planning, design, implementation and integration of railway communications and control systems on the FAL Project to ensure that PTA’s requirements for these systems, as set out in the Project Deed and Scope of Works and Technical Criteria, are being met by the Design & Construct (D&C) Contractor.
