The Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Services, in partnership with Ambulance Tasmania is excited to be calling for tenders for the supply of a health and wellbeing program to be delivered to its emergency service personnel and employees.
The health and wellbeing program is to focus on a mix of proactive and preventative measures to: detect and respond early to health and wellbeing risks that may impact the ability of our people to perform at their optimal level; support the promotion of wellbeing across our agencies and achievement of target outcomes; and educate and empower our workforce to maintain or improve their wellbeing.
