Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) seeks to qualify a panel of preferred Contractors to undertake building maintenance on Council owned premises.
The intention of this Contract is to maintain building services to a high standard to ensure that Council continues to have safe and well-maintained facilities. Contractors on the Building Maintenance Standing Offer Panel (the Panel) will therefore be working with the Council to achieve this goal. The Panel will include a select number of contractors to enhance business efficiency and enable the Council to form meaningful business relationships.
