The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Pine Rivers Electorate Office Fitout located at 323 Gympie Road, Strathpine, Queensland.

Depending on requirements these works specifically include:

• demolition,
• mechanical and electrical work,
• the provision of a wheelchair accessible amenity,
• secure waiting room,
• meeting room,
• office spaces,
• storeroom, and
• kitchenette
