Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing classroom Block (Block A) at Corinda State High School, located at 46 Pratten St, Corinda QLD 4075 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).
Works include reconfiguration of existing building to create 3 new art rooms with large external decking and landscaping components; a façade uplift and construction of an extension to create one new GLA. All works are to be completed by July 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
