Veloway 1, Stage D – Package 1 project on the South-East Arterial Road, between Lewisham Street and Juliette Street, Greenslopes

Tenders are invited for the Veloway 1, Stage D – Package 1 project on the South-East Arterial Road, between Lewisham Street and Juliette Street, Greenslopes, for the construction of a concrete bikeway including earthworks, retaining wall and bridge construction.

Tenderers are notified that prequalification levels for this project are R3 B3 F10 and only prequalified contractors will be allowed access to the documents.

Tenderers are advised the Building Code 2013, and Queensland Code and Queensland Guidelines apply to this project.

Please be advised this contract form is using the new Transport Infrastructure Contract (TIC), replacing the Road Construction Contract (RCC).
