Glenmore State School SIE Amenities Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an amenities block refurbishment at Glenmore State School, located at 241-259 Farm St, Rockhampton North QLD 4701 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The refurnbishment works includes complete remodelling and refurbishment of the existing amenities block, including all new services, fixtures and fittings. The position of the building is at the rear of the school with limited site access and working space.

All works are to be completed by 13 July 2020

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
