Wondall Heights SS ? Amenities Refurbishment (with Design Reponsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the amenites refurbishment at Wondall Heights State School, located at 260 Wondall Rd, Manly West QLD 4179, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope includes refurbishment of the junior amenities block and new covered structure. The position of the building is at the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
