delivers specialised and intensive Case Management Services to humanitarian entrants with exceptional needs. Commencing nationally in October 2008, the program provides flexible, tailored and localised responses to meet the individual needs of each Case.

is specifically targeted at supporting Clients whose needs extend beyond the scope of existing Settlement Services (such as the Humanitarian Settlement Services (HSS) program and the Settlement Grants Program ()). The program is designed to work in partnership with settlement and mainstream services to address the often significant barriers these Clients face in settling in .

Factors which may warrant referral include homelessness, intense mental/physical health issues, torture and trauma issues, drug and alcohol abuse, disability, domestic violence, lack of social support and life skills or other issues impacting on the capacity of those within a Case to successfully settle.
