This procurement is seeking an external expert to provide an evaluation of the NSW Water for the Environment Program for the period July 2019-June 2024. This is a continuation of current processes where significant programs of an ongoing nature are to be evaluated on a five-yearly cycle as outlined in NSW Treasury Guidelines (TPG22-22).
