Spatial Readiness Program – Change Management Services

A Spatial Readiness Program Change Manager is required, with responsibilities including: Undertake Spatial WA host and participant agency change impact assessments across: Corporate Services Business Unit functions, andOther Landgate Business Units. Design a Change Management plan or plans to support Business Units during forthcoming changes.Execute Change Management plan(s).Seek feedback and tailor Change Management plan(s) during execution to ensure that changes are permanent and considered by staff to be successful.Report the program’s change status, including presenting at monthly Program Steering Committee and other meetings.
