Description
USC is seeking to enter into a contract to provide Vending Services located at USC Sunshine Coast and USC Moreton Bay campuses for a 2-year fixed term with the option of a 1-year extension period with annual review.
USC objectives include:
- Reliable suppliers who will regularly service a range of products across 15-20 machines at USC Sunshine Coast and 3-4 machines at USC Moreton Bay.
- Provision of a variety of food (including healthy options), cold drinks and possibly light meals, hot coffee/tea, and other goods such as IT equipment and stationary via vending services.
- Machines must have tap payment as well as cash.
- Payment to USC of a commission rate of 20-35% for any items sold.
- Local suppliers who have 7 days per week technical support and can respond to the University’s requirements.
