Panel of Prequalified Suppliers for Concrete Works

The purpose of this tender is to compile a "Panel of Prequalified Suppliers" to undertake Council adhoc concrete works. At the time works are required documentation will be prepared detailing the specifics of the works and will include (but not limited to):

• Project description

• Work Schedules

• Standards required

This information will be forwarded to all members of the relevant panel seeking quotations.

Quotations will specify whether the works are to be carried out under:

a) Council’s Service Agreement

b) AS 4305 Minor works contract

It will also include whether works are lump sum or a remeasurable schedule of rates or a combination of the two.
