Construction of Hay Point Road Roundabout

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for construction of Hay Point Road Roundabout

Pre-Qualification Level Required to be Eligible to Receive Documents: R3 – F10

Contractors prequalified at R3 F10 and above are invited to tender for construction of a roundabout at the intersection of the Bruce Highway and Hay Point Road. The intersection is located approximately 25km south of Mackay on the Bruce Highway.

The Queensland Code and Queensland Guidelines, Building Code 2013, Queensland Procurement Policy, Queensland Charter for Local Content and Queensland Government Building and Construction Training apply to this Contract.

Tenderers must be accredited under the Australian Government WHS Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (BCII Act). When entering into contracts for building works, as defined under Section 5 of the BCII Act, the successful tenderer must ensure their accreditation is maintained under that scheme while the building work is carried out.
