Kawana Waters SC - Amenities

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Amenities Project at Kawana Waters SC, located at Sportsman Parade, Bokarina QLD 4575, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP)
program.

The project consist of the refurbishment of the primary amenities block and the works includes new flooring, new sanitary fittings, new screens, internal repaint, new lighting and new toilet cubicles.

The position of the building is at the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
