Helensvale State School - Hall Drainage Rectification (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Hall Drainage Rectification works at Helensvale State School, located at 8 Lindfield Road, Helensvale QLD 4212, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program (TMP 2022/23).

The scope comprises earthworks, in ground asbestos removal, hydraulic and waterproofing works, and minor concreting works. All works are to be completed by May 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

·Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

·Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
