Refurbishment at Sydney and Parramatta Court Premises

The Commonwealth, as represented by the FCA Entity, seeks to engage a suitably qualified Contractor for design and construct services to establish a new migration hub at the Parramatta and William Street premises. The activities required to complete the works at the premises are described within the issued RFT documentation, drawings and specifications. The Contractor will provide personnel with the appropriate skills, qualifications and experience to undertake all of the activities required to complete the Works in accordance with the Tender.

The scope of works for the new migration hubs includes but is not limited to the delivery of new fit-out of court facilities including chambers, conference rooms, meeting rooms and waiting areas at the Sydney and Parramatta premises.
