Description
The State of Queensland represented by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet acting through Arts Queensland seek offers for a Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Building Services for the Cultural Precinct.
Arts Property and Facilities, (APAF) is a section within Arts Queensland and is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Cultural Precinct as well as some additional buildings in located in the Brisbane CBD. APAF will be the main customer under the Standing Offer Arrangement.
A number of Standing Offer Arrangement contracts will be entered into. Two orders of merit will be developed based on Part Offers which will be considered as summarised on the following table.

A | Minor projects | Need not be PQC Registered. Small local firm suitable for smaller projects. Works shall be comprised mainly of low-risk low-value works. The PQC system is unlikely to be used. Must be willing to perform works <$500K (incl. GST). |
B | Medium and major projects | Must be PQC Registered to PQC 3 or PQC 4. Medium to large company. Works shall be comprised mainly of medium to high-risk/medium to higher value works. Must be willing to perform works >$250K (incl. GST). For works >$500K the full functionality of the PQC system will be used to evaluate offers. PQC Shortlists will be confined to suppliers on the SOA. |
