Description
The Queensland Government has made an election commitment to a three-tiered, scientific approach to crocodile management which places public safety as the highest priority. This commitment includes the use of private providers for certain crocodile management services where appropriate. Expressions of Interest are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection) for the provision of a private operator estuarine crocodile monitoring and capture service for that part of the North Queensland coastline from north of Trinity Inlet to Ellis Beach.
