Energy Performance Contract for Transport SA

As part of a commitment to saving energy, Transport SA is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from parties interested in supplying energy performance contract services to the facilities at the following site: 33-37 Warwick Street, Walkerville, South Australia Interested parties should be capable of:  carrying out detailed auditing of facilities;  identifying energy saving opportunities;  conducting review of internal management systems, policies and procedures;  designing, procuring and installing proposed changes;  guaranteeing energy savings;  monitoring and reporting results; and  providing ongoing technical service and support, including staff training at all levels on energy efficient practices. Transport SA will conduct a selective tender based on the responses to this EOI. Submissions should include details of the tenderer’s ability to provide the services listed above.
