Description
The area includes the Port Adelaide, Inner Adelaide and The Parks regions covering approximately 14,600 houses. The Programme entails an estimated 4,500 properties in 250 sites for Programmed work and an estimated 10,100 properties for Responsive work. The Contract will commence 1/2/2002 for an initial 8 month period to 30/9/2002 with an option for a further 12 months to 30/9/2003. Suitably qualified organisations capable in the MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION of Programmed and Responsive Horticultural Maintenance and an ability to coordinate, supervise, control and manage a variety of contractors and subcontractors, are sought.
