NETLEY COMMERCIAL PARK FLEET SA – NEW OFFICE BUILDING

Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4. Work consists of the construction of new Administration Building comprising new offices, reception, meeting room, foyer, WC and kitchen facilities and plant room involving concrete slab, steel framed structure, lightweight framed walls and partitions, aluminium framed glazed windows and partitions, and lightweight framed roof. Supply, installation and commissioning of new services including electrical supply and fitout, gas supply and reticulation, water supply and reticulation, supply and installation of new mechanical equipment including reverse A/C and extraction systems. Approximate area of works 415m2. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
