PROVISION OF TRANSPORTABLE RESIDENTIAL DUPLEX UNIT

Proposals are invited for the design and construct of a 2 – 3 bedroom duplex transportable unit for siting in the Far North Aboriginal Lands. Respondents will be required to supply the following information and details to enable an assessment of offers to be undertaken.  Details of company and address plus current building licence.  Detailed plans, working drawings and specifications.  Previous experience in transportable residential construction.  Total cost of project.  Demonstrated ability in being able to complete works in a timeframe; this will include providing procedures, project plans, etc.  Registration with Workcover.  OHS&W policy and systems.  Compliance with Government requires, public liability, etc. Respondents must have a thorough knowledge of Australian/New Zealand Standards, Building Code of Australia and in particular, Minister##s Specification SA 78A. No proposal will necessarily be accepted.
