Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (the Department) is seeking to establish a panel arrangement to procure fieldwork services to conduct interviews for monitoring, evaluation, and outcomes based reporting purposes. The Department uses a mixed method approach of online and telephone surveying to survey clients of the Jobs and Skills Centres and Skilled Migration WA, apprentices, trainees and VET students as well as potential and past customers of the Department’s services. The deliverables includes the data files and response statistics for each survey according to the agreed periodic reporting schedules.
