Pinjarra SHS - Roof Replacement

A non-mandatory site inspection and/or tender briefing will be held on Tuesday 28 April 2020 (refer timing below).

The tender briefing will provide tenderers, the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender.

The non-mandatory site visit will be conducted in 30 min blocks, commencing from 9.00am in the morning until 12.00pm on the before mentioned date and will be restricted to one person representing the Tenderer.
This is to maintain social distancing as per the WA State Government's current COVID-19 requirements. A Tenderer must pre-register attendance with the contact person below, to allocate a time
slot.

If required, due to number of tenderers, additional time slots will be opened up after 12.00pm. To confirm attendance at this briefing, you must contact:

When visiting the school, tenderers and all of their representatives shall report to the school administration building and access will not be granted by the school principal, in accordance with the access requirements covered by cubclause 2.37.4 - Restrictions on Access.
