RFQ - Taylor Street Jetty - Management Options Study

Southern Port proposes to engage consultancy service to assist its Esperance Port in a study of management options for the Taylor street jetty. The options may include, but not be limited to, the following: • Do Nothing - Monitor the structure. De-rate the structure and progressively exclude areas of the jetty from use as deterioration continues. • Complete demolition of the jetty. • Demolish and replace the jetty (like for like or reduced size). • Integrate repaired or new jetty into a facility shared with cruise ship tenders. • Partial demolition and refurbishment.
