Design and Construction of the Mandurah Station Multi-Storey Car Park

The project scope includes the design and construction of a new ground level plus two deck multi-storey car park and associated works to integrate the new facility into the existing station precinct. More generally the works includes:

• the multi deck structure providing approximately 1320 parking bays over the northern section of the existing parking;
• road works modification to create a dedicated access to the car park off Galgoyl Road and a new emergency bus access to the Bus Depot also off Galgoyl Road;
• minor modification to the existing southern car parks to suit the proposed new multi-storey car park facility;
• relocating the existing Transperth staff car park compound form its current location to the station existing car park 1;
• associated services works and Western Power transformer and site main switchboard upgrade; and
• earthworks and associated works to establish a temporary car park over LandCorp vacant land across the existing PTA Bus Depot to provide parking relief during the new car park construction.
