The contractor will be responsible for the strategic asset management planning process and implementation of a program of maintenance for the building engineering services components for the following Department of Justice facilities:
* Hobart, Launceston and Devonport Magistrates complexes;
* Hobart and Launceston Supreme Court complexes;
* Burnie Combined Court Complex;
* Hobart Reception Prison; and
* Rosny accommodation.
